"Karma Cards...work for or against you, but in either event present words of genuine wisdom." --Tillywig Toy Awards
Playing without Karmic Majority. The game may be played without karmic majority in the interest of
simplicity. However, if at all possible, it should be included because it adds depth and fun to the game.
Playing with Handicaps. The game may be played with handicaps to adjust for unequal skill levels.
Inexperienced players, for example, might start the game with only one bead of each color; while experienced
players might start the game with one habit of each color.
Playing with Reflection. For a super reflective game among the best of friends, the following rule may be
added. Whenever a Choice Card is drawn and the negative side comes up, the player has the opportunity to
avoid the negative outcome by revealing to the group an incident in which the player exhibited the same
behavior the card describes. Of course once the player has a Master Torch this option will be redundant.
